Documentation

Set up the product in the same order a real repair business would.

This documentation page is positioned as the first layer of onboarding after purchase.

Install

  • Install the plugin and activate it on WordPress.
  • Connect the license key so updates and support can be tied to the active site.
  • Open the booking settings and configure languages, branding, and notification details.

Configure

Set up the business logic.

  • Add device categories, services, and service methods.
  • Configure locations, email behavior, invoices, and team-facing intake options.
  • Publish the booking flow on the public website and verify the customer journey end to end.

Launch

Verify the important flow before going live.

  • Check intake handling in Receiver Portal.
  • Verify invoice settings and export paths before going live.

Need to evaluate first?

Use the demo first, then come back to docs for launch.

The best onboarding path is demo, pricing decision, then setup documentation.
